The convenience of the suite with a very comfortable bed was great. the location in a great area was marvellous, with the Farmer's market and supermarkets nearby.

1) They asked for advanced payment for the stay, when discovered that last breakfast could not be served because of early departure, it was a very long discussion to have refund. 2) asked for taxi ... they called not licenced taxi, not equipped with taxometer, no card payment device.. I paid more then I had to.

The room was nice and clean, the bar staff was very friendly and helpful. The next metro station was just 300m from the hotel. We were staying in the 7th floor and had a great view over the city. They did a great and cheap coffee & croissant to go offer for guests who have not booked breakfast.
The aircondition did not work properly, it was very hot in the room. There was an additional fan put in the room but the only socket to plug it in was on the oposite side of the bed and quite far away, so it did not help a lot.

The beautifully maintained and newly decorated room was a nice surprise. the room had climate control and a carpet, which added to its charm. the setting near Ravenscourt Park tube station was ideal, and there were very good restaurants nearby. a major road was conveniently located around the corner.

The staff is unfailingly polite, the breakfast top, the location is excellent right by close enough to the main hospitals as well as Ravenscourt tube station and park. The room is reasonably priced.

Competitive pricing, but for the money there are far better places to stay in the world and have exceedingly better facilities for the money. London is pricing itself out of the world tourism market.
Lino flooring!!!!! Very unimpressive, but it was clean.

The location is great so close to the tube. The staff were friendly and the room was basic and clean.
The challenge I had was that there was that while I was there, there was a group of foreign noisy school kids running up and down corridors. I was given a room on the 12th floor so I wouldn't be affected by their visit however the kids were on the 12th floor as well!!!!

Cleanliness and the friendly staff made our experiance great in this hotel. What I like is that all premier Inn branches have the same high quality rooms.
There was a maintainance work next door. However it finished very quickly.

the breakfast and the location for the purpose of my trip
I didn't like the attitude of the person who checked me in as I felt he was conning me over the rate for the night. I am usually impressed by your staff as being pleasant and straightforward
